The Chef's Counter at Saison is for those seeking a truly over-the-top dining adventure by acclaimed Chef Joshua Skenes. Guests will enjoy a luxurious meal consisting of at least 20 courses accompanied by expertly picked wine pairings.

Chef Joshua Skenes develops his menus spontaneously each day inspired by what is at peak flavor. Skenes' culinary approach blends the art of ancient fire cooking with modern culinary techniques. He works with exceptional ingredients sourced from Saison's exclusive network of small farms, ranches and fisheries, with many ingredients being hand foraged.

Just four seats are available each night at the intimate counter located in the kitchen, allowing for an interactive experience with Saison’s award-winning culinary team and an unobstructed view of the action, including the only prized Molteni stove in San Francisco.

The Chef's Counter is designed for guests who enjoy being surprised and are ready to go along for an exciting ride with Skenes, knowing that they are in very capable hands.

With the aim of providing a seamless, worry-free dining experience, your purchase is fully inclusive of food, wine, tax and service. All Chef's Counter meals start at 6 pm.
