Feel free to start with a classic cocktail of the late 1800s, take a detour through an English Pub and finish your evening with a Polynesian Goddess from our Tiki section; all while the couple next to you extinguishes their troubles by sharing a quintessential 1980s favorite, the Mind Eraser, updated, reimagined and made for two.
We will also offer a selection of our own blended and barrel-finished sprits. Browse through our menu, and you will find exciting contributions to the barrel like Reposado Tequila with an Arabica Cask finish, Bourbon aged in Pinot Noir Casks, and our proprietary Irish-American blend, a style of whiskey once lost to history that we have proudly resurrected.
