Executive Chef Jusuf Voglic has hand crafted a menu that includes some of the finest cuts of meat, freshly delivered seafood, handpicked fruits and vegetables as well as local favorites.
The menu at The Arena is created seasonally to help capture the best of what our suppliers and growers have to offer. Our USDA prime cut steaks are dry aged for 28 days and hand butchered on premises. Chef Voglic hand selects each piece of meat from the same supplier that works in conjunction with Peter Lugers as well as Smith & Wollensky. From the Bone-in Kansas City Strip to the 48 oz. Porterhouse, each steak is prepared with home-made spices and cooked to order. The seafood is prepared daily and each week the kitchen offers a catch of the day. The signature crab cakes have been voted one of the best in all of New York City. The Arena has something on the menu to delight even the person with the most delicate of palette.
